How Does GOGOGKID Pay?
GOGOKID pays through either Paypal or direct bank deposit. GOGOKID says that payment through Paypal is quicker, but either option works fine. If you opt for direct bank deposit, GOGOKID covers the transfer fee up to $12. GOGOKID states, “Note that Teachers may be asked to submit in advance evidence of receiving fees in order to be eligible for the Fee Cover.”
It is important to know that if your pay does not reach up to $50, then it will roll over into the next month or until your payment exceeds that of $50.
How Often does GOGOKID Pay?
GOGOKID now pays twice a month!
When does GOGOKID Pay?
You will see your payment for the first half of the month around the 26th of that month and your 2nd payment of the month no later than the 15th of the following month. So for example, I received my October payments on October 26th and January 15th.
GOGOKID Base Rate Pay
The GOGOKID base rate is the base amount you are paid for each 25-minute class.
The GOGOKID base rate is anywhere from 7-10 USD per 25-minute class.
GOGOKID’s base rate is determined by:
- Education
- Past experience
- How well you do in your GOGOKID recorded demo

GOGOKID Incentives & Credit Score
You can earn up to an extra 2.50 USD per class through GOGOKID’s incentive. It’s possible to make anywhere from $14-$25 per 25-minute class.
The incentive changes on a daily basis and is determined by your Incentive Base x Incentive Percentage. Essentially, you can make more money by teaching more classes and getting positive parent feedback (5-star reviews). Let’s break it down.
The Incentive Base is determined by the number of classes you teach in a day. If you teach 4 classes, then your base for that day is $1.70.
How is the Credit Score Calculated?
Your Incentive Percentage is determined by your Credit Score. If you are at a Level 4, then you make 110% of your Incentive Base. If you’re at a level 1 or 2, you don’t make any extra pay/incentive at 0%.
Your Credit Score is determined by a combination of your performance and attendance. Your performance is calculated from your most recent 150 classes. Your attendance is calculated from classes taught in the last 30 days.

I personally have a base rate of $9.50. I am currently have a credit score of 85, so I’m at a Level 4. Let’s look at the math behind how much I make as a Gogokid teacher per class and per hour.

Other GOGOKID Incentives/Bonuses
If you have a Trial Class and the trial student then signs up for GOGOKID classes after your class, you make a $5 enrollment incentive!
If someone signs up with your referral link and teaches at least one GOGOKID class, you make a referral incentive of $105. However, sometimes the referral incentive changes and is greater than $105. For example, in November 2020, it increased to $120.

Trial Class Pay Deductions
If you have trial classes that have the finish type of student no show, student cancellation 24H, or student IT issue, you make only 55% of your base rate/incentive pay. So, for example if my pay (base rate & incentive) for the day is $11.48, then I would make 55% of that.
$11.48 x .55 = $6.31
Class Feedback Deductions
If you do not write class feedback within 12 hours, you will be penalized.
If you write your class feedback after 12-24 hours after your scheduled classes, you make 60% of your pay.
If you forget to write your class feedback after 24 hours, you make 0% of your pay.
Last Minute Cancellation Deductions
Each Teacher No Show is -$10
Each Teacher Cancellation 2H is -$8
Each Teacher Cancellation 24H is -$2

While I wish the credit score was a bit less confusing and we got full pay for Trial class now shows, I still think that it’s one of the most amazing jobs!
